We were hired to remodel this kitchen and install the homeowner purchased cabinets. The before and after pictures speak volumes. The reason you do not see counter tops in the finish, it was pre agreed the homeowners were having them installed themselves. Before we started to completely demo the kitchen, we removed the upper cabinets and some other areas. As you can see it was evening when we stopped. Another aspect of this project was to raise the floor and move HVAC ducts in the dining room area adjacent to the kitchen. Before we raised the floor you had to step down into the room that was a concrete slab. With the floor being all one level it expands the entire area and gives things a better flow. Once this was done hardwood flooring could be installed throughout the area. Photos are property of Creative Ideas Carpentry By Brian Tenney.
