There is a total of 530 sq. ft. for this side of the home. Everything was taken down to the studs and subfloors were repaired. Renovation Of Bedroom:
This was the final product of renovating a 1957 mobile home bedroom.
From demo to finish every aspect had to be re done. The homeowner really picked a nice paint color for their walls, it all came together very nicely! One of the changes, sitting area between the new closets. It is the perfect place for this room. Has a reading light and storage underneath as well. The new closets have six panel bi-fold doors and a closet system inside. A ceiling fan has been re installed for better air circulation, The T.V. is wall mounted to help maximize the space use.
Here you can see again the new closet, sitting area and wall mounted T.V. The placement of the ceiling fan is designed to help pull air throughout. With the windows, jamb extensions where added to finish things since the whole room was re framed. There is also a wall outlet in the sitting area so you can plug your phone or lap top in.

With limited space we installed a new pocket door kit and a now 30" door. You can also see some of the other trim work that was preformed.
The laminate flooring installation runs throughout the bedroom. A great choice, especially if you have allergies.

We were hired by this family to add storage space and give the upstairs bedroom space it's own door. The whole second floor was open and for the one who had a bedroom space did not get much privacy.

After all the drywall repairs, changes with the electric, new trim installation, closet shelving and painting this bedroom really came together great!

Reconfiguration Of Kitchen Pass- Through:
We were hired by this homeowner to open up their existing pass-through so it would be easier to move between rooms and to let more natural light in
Before the change to the kitchen pass-through. A rather small area to go through. With the new refrigerator being located where it is, making things even more of a problem. A much needed interior design change will be taking place here as well as some of the other areas of the home.
After some painting looks like it was there all along. A very nice and much needed design change for this home. There is a small eat-in kitchen area behind the new half wall. For this application slider doors were the best choice. This type of door set up (72" wide) allows for full access while leaving plenty of room for people to pass by. Additional lighting installation along with new shelving was done to the interior of the closet.
