DECK BUILD WITH GATE,
12'0" x 18'0"
We were hired by this family to remove there very rotted and unsafe deck. We then made some changes and remodeled the new deck. The deck is longer, the steps wider and there is now a gate.

DECK REBUILD AND REPAIR
We have re framed this deck, installed additional joists, installation of a new deck railing, new building of the deck steps and many other repairs and corrections. There is a new concrete pad at the bottom of the stairs and a new deck gate.
Here you can see more of the new framing and rail section of the repaired deck.
Here there was refastening existing deck boards, installation of new deck boards, a new exterior railing with gate.
In this photo you can see the new framing, rail system sections and the new gate. We rebuilt the angle style stairs and there is a new level concrete pad for the steps.

UPPER LEVEL DECK BUILDING,
10'0" x 10'0"
We were hired to remove the old deck and build a new one. The original deck was coming apart and not very stable. The home owners liked the size of the deck they had and wanted the same size put in it's place.
After removal of the old deck the siding was removed and proper flashing installed.

This lower rail section must be installed due to the ground level being even with the retaining wall. If it was not there anyone walking or working around this area could fall and be hurt. In addition you can see up close some of the structural aspects of our work.

CEDAR WOOD FENCING, OTHER TYPES OF FENCING, DECK GATE, FENCE GATE
This cedar fence has 4x4 pressure treated posts, cedar 1x6 sections and a custom made gate. All of the 4x4 posts have been set into concrete.
Here you can see more of the fence details like the black hardware and you can see the fence was raised up some to allow longevity of the material and with all the trees a bit easier to maintain the area.
This cedar partition fence section is made from pressure treated and cedar lumber.

OTHER DECK BUILDING AND PERGOLAS BUILT
These home owners wanted a multi level deck with storage below as well. Lattice makes for a nice finish and to help hide all those items they have. The access point is a gate made to match the rest of the lattice installed. The new deck railing keeps everyone safe.

Here a family wanted a pergola for their back yard. It is constructed from cedar, design and build and custom exterior trim finish.

We were hired to rebuild and repair this families pool platform. We re leveled the frame, installed missing and new hardware, bracing, new deck boards, new stairs and lattice.
A set of cedar steps with landing was built to make it easier to get in and out of the back yard from the drive way.
This custom construction of this cedar gate was made to replace the old rotted and worn out one.
