There is new framing, electrical, insulation, drywall, painting and trim. Kitchen Island With Wine Cooler:
We were hired to remove the old cabinets and formica counter top to install this configuration. The cherry cabinets with a wine cooler makes a very nice addition to the large kitchen! To help pull things together, cherry crown molding and new handles were added to the existing cabinets.
Here with the new island installed with stone top and new pendant lighting, this end was the optimal place for a new wine cooler.
The other side of the island. With a raised end panel installed makes for a nice finish and works very well with the cabinet doors.
Another side with an outlet to expand the use of the space even more.
Here it was decided to add cabinet handles throughout as well as cherry crown molding to the existing cabinets. This helps to pull together the concept.

We were hired to remodel this kitchen and install the homeowner purchased cabinets. The before and after pictures speak volumes. The reason you do not see counter tops in the finish, it was pre agreed the homeowners were having them installed themselves.

Before we started to completely demo the kitchen, we removed the upper cabinets and some other areas.

Another aspect of this project was to raise the floor and move HVAC ducts in the dining room area adjacent to the kitchen. Before we raised the floor you had to step down into the room that was a concrete slab. With the floor being all one level it expands the entire area and gives things a better flow. Once this was done hardwood flooring could be installed throughout the area.
The concept coming together. The framing is done, the recessed lighting is installed, the drywall is finished and the crown molding is installed.

Here is an up close look at the upper cabinets. The range hood cabinet was built on site, the homeowner found it was never ordered. We were able to come up with a design and build this cabinet that fits in with the concept.

Here is the panel configuration, from the left: pantry cabinet, kitchen niche or microwave area and fridge. The fridge had a custom panel section installed to the doors. The bead board and shelving add a nice touch with the valance making a distinctive impression.

This master bathroom, handicap bathroom was designed for this family who has a child with special needs. The shower is 34” (W) x 60” (L), has two shower diverters. There is a hand held shower head and shower seat with grab bars. A white shower pan, shower rod, beautiful installation of wall tile and floor tile. There is in floor heating as well. The toilet is high profile and grab bars installed to both sides. A pocket door installation for the bedroom and a custom in wall cabinet was made.
The new bathroom design allows for this shower to accommodate all the family and those that might visit. The installed shower seat has a design that allows for it to fold up when not in use. This is not only a master bathroom shower, it is also a handicap shower or an age in place shower as well. A custom design and build bathroom for anyone. This universal design bathroom has crown molding, base and quarter round trim. There are custom in wall cabinets and a custom chair with storage that were built. There are two bathroom vanities installed, each with mirrored in wall medicine cabinets, lighting fixtures and faucets. There is an exhaust fan with light. There is in floor heating under the floor tile.

We were hired by these home owners to remodel their master bathroom and add some ADA features with age in place.

With a her and his side set up they each have their own medicine cabinet also with a mirror and their own lighting. In the back round, you can see the shower. Crown molding was added as another finish touch.
Installation of clear glass sliding shower doors and grab bars. The homeowners helped with the placement to make sure they are exactly where they need them.
The interior of the new shower, grab bars, hand held wand, shower caddies for placing those items you need. The wall tile and accent tile are handmade.
This shower seat can be folded up and out of the way when not in use.
This water efficient, duel flush, high profile toilet is what these home owners needed. The design makes things much easier.
